Welcome to the 2017 Loganville Wing Fling event! Included in the sign up are the guidelines established by both the City of Loganville and that of the Rotary Club of Loganville .
It is our sincere hope and intent that this event will be fun and enjoyable for both the Sponsors, Vendors and Contestants as well as the citizens of both Loganville and the Greater Walton communities.
As a Vendor you will be asked to sign the commitment form (see below), insuring that these established guidelines will be closely adhered to for the benefit of all vendors, patrons and participants in this event. If you have any questions or comments , please contact Rotary member Steve Arnold at (404) 245-5190 for help or Ms. Kristy Peters , Loganville’s Event coordinator , at (404) 290- 5884.
Vendors will be assigned a booth space upon payment of the registration fee of $50.00 payable at time of registration. You may also offer special offers or coupons from your company, but you must stay within your booth space in doing so. Booth space will be limited to a 10x10 area. The number of Booth Spaces will be limited soearly sign up is encouraged and suggested. Deadline for registration is May 15th, 2017.
All registration payments must be received by May 15th, 2017 . If you have registered, but make payment after May 15th 2017 there will be a $25.00 late fee assessment. All late registrations and payments are subject to the late fee and strictly accepted on availability of space and at the discretion of the event coordinators.
Each vendor will be responsible for set up and tear down of their Booth space. Booths must be set up and in place at least one hour prior to the event ’s start time of 11:00 AM the day of the event. Tear down and clean-up must be finished by one hour after the 3:00 PM close of the event. All spaces will be numbered for ease of recognition.
By signing above you agree to participate in the Loganville Wing Fling and to adhere to all guidelines set forth by the City of Loganville and the Rotary Club of Loganville. Cancelation deadline is 30 days prior to the event. This event will be held regardless of rain. There will be no rain dates due to food preparation requirements.
All monies collected from this event will be used to support the many charities supported by the Rotary Club of Loganville and to cover the direct cost of this event, so thank you for your participation and commitment in making this event a true success for the entire Walton community.
