WILL YOU BE AT THIS YEAR'S EVENT?

     

    Welcome to the 2020 Loganville Wing Fling event! Included in this signup sheet are the guidelines established by both the City of Loganville and that of the Rotary Club of Loganville.

     

    It is our sincere hope and intent that this event will be fun and enjoyable for both the Sponsors, Vendors and Contestants as well as the citizens of both Loganville and the Greater Walton communities.

     

    As a Vendor, you will be asked to sign the commitment form (See attached), insuring that these established guidelines will be closely adhered to for the benefit of all vendors, patrons and participants in this event.

    GUIDE LINES

     

    Vendors: Vendors will be assigned a booth space upon payment of the registration fee of $50.00 payable at time of registration. You may offer special Discounts or Coupons during this event, but you must stay within your booth space in doing so. Booth space will be limited to a 12x12 area, also the number of Booth Spaces will be limited, so early sign up is encouraged and suggested . Deadline for registration is August 21, 2020.

     

    All registration payments must be received by August 21, 2020.  If you have registered, but not paid by August 21, 2020 there will be an additional $25.00 late fee . All late registrations and payments are subject to this late fee and strictly accepted on availability of space and at the discretion of the event coordinators.

     

    Each vendor will be responsible for set up and tear down of their Booth space. Booths must be set up and in place at least one hour prior to the event’s start time of 10:00 AM the day of the event. Tear down and clean-up must be finished by one hour after the 4:00 PM close of the event. All spaces will be numbered for ease of recognition.

    By signing above you agree to participate in the Loganville Wing Fling and adhere to all guidelines set forth by the City of Loganville and by the Rotary Club of Loganville. Cancelation deadline is 30 days prior to the event. This event will be held regardless of rain. There will be no rain dates due to food preparation requirements.

     

    All monies collected from this event will be used to support the many charities supported by the Rotary Club of Loganville and to cover the direct cost of this event, If you would like a list of charities supported by the Rotary Club of Loganville, please see one of our club Rotarians.
